REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At HOOMAANIH, we follow different return guidelines for cosmetics and accessories due to hygiene, safety, and product nature. Please read carefully before placing an order.
π COSMETICS & PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics and personal care products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except in cases where the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This includes:

β’ Any opened, used, or tampered cosmetic item
π FORBIDDEN LOVE COLLECTION & ACCESSORIES
Accessories, jewellery, keychains, pouches, and other lifestyle products are eligible for replacement or refund only in the following cases:
β’ You received a damaged product
β’ You received an incorrect product
β’ An item was missing from your order
To be eligible:
β’ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
β’ Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
β’ The product must be unused and in its original condition
β We do not accept returns or refunds for:
β’ Change of mind after purchase
β’ Color, design, size, or style preference issues where the product matches the description and images
β’ Products damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear
β’ Used, washed, opened, or altered products

Once your request is approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

β’ Refund processing time: 5β10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
β ORDER CANCELLATIONS
β’ Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
β’ Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation is not possible
π INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
HOOMAANIH, H2OH!L, and Forbidden Love are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
π INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, clearance charges, or other destination-country charges.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are non-refundable.
